Sivakumar Nagarajan

Sivakumar Nagarajan is the Director of Advanced External Technologies Development & Integration at Intel Corporation, where they lead engineering teams focused on integrating external technologies into Intel's packaging roadmap. With a strong background in chip-to-package interactions, advanced packaging processes, and polymer materials, Sivakumar has successfully managed cross-functional teams and established design standards to meet product milestones. Previously, they held various engineering and program management roles at Intel and completed a Master's thesis at the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. Sivakumar is currently pursuing multiple degrees in Chemistry and Polymer Science and Engineering from Bharathidasan University and the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
