Sowmi Rajamani

Sowmi Rajamani is a seasoned engineering leader currently serving as Vice President and General Manager of Yield Engineering at Intel Corporation, a position held since June 2006. With extensive experience in yield optimization and process development across multiple technology nodes, Sowmi has successfully led initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality. Notable achievements include overseeing the 10nm Yield team, improving overall yield, and managing critical projects that resulted in significant defect reductions. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a recent LEAD degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Prior to joining Intel, Sowmi was a Graduate Student at Rensselaer Nanotechnology Center.
