Sravan Thota, Ph.D., is a TD Manager with over 8 years of experience at Intel in process development across various advanced nodes, including 10-3 nm, 18A, and 14A. They earned a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Connecticut, where they conducted extensive research on material characterizations at atomic scale resolutions and developed innovative nanoparticle systems. Prior to that, they obtained a Master’s Degree in Chemistry from Kakatiya University, demonstrating a strong academic foundation in the field.
