Steve Flach

Steve Flach currently serves as Global Account Manager at Intel Corporation, a position held since April 2022. Flach also holds the title of President at Ceasar Industries LLP, a Small Disadvantaged Business, since September 2012. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Industrial Partnering at L3Harris from January 2020 to March 2022, and Director of Business Development at L-3 Cincinnati Electronics from January 2013 to January 2020. Flach was Vice President at AAI Corporation from June 2005 to September 2012, overseeing various small unmanned aircraft systems projects. Additional experience includes serving as Program Director for Munitions and Business Manager for Crusader at United Defense from 1994 to 2005, and Program Manager at Teledyne Systems Company from 1988 to 1994. Flach holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the United States Air Force Academy, completed in 1984, and graduated from Columbia High School in 1979.
