Steven S. Chang

Steven S. Chang is a Principal Engineer at Intel Corporation, where they lead the technical direction for the latest generation of Intel® Xeon® SOCs focused on power management and security. Previously, they served as Chief Engineer, spearheading the Post-Si Validation teams for high-performance computing products. With a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Steven has extensive experience in CPU and SoC design, validation, and firmware development, alongside international work exposure in Shanghai, PRC. They are fluent in Mandarin and Spanish and have received multiple awards for excellence in engineering and leadership throughout their career.
