Swee Peng (Derek) Ooi has extensive experience in the technology sector, with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Business and Data Analyst and Project Manager at Intel since August 2004, Swee Peng utilizes Business Process Management methodologies to drive operational improvements and enhance decision-making processes through data analysis and reporting. Prior to Intel, Swee Peng was a Team Leader at Dell, managing technical support for multiple Southeast Asian regions, and earlier held the position of Senior Systems Engineer at Hong Kong Information Technology & Systems Sdn. Bhd., where responsibilities included supervising system integration teams and managing network infrastructure.
