Te-Wei Chang has over 7 years of experience in process development within cleanroom fabrication and more than 4 years specializing in the design and development of nano/micro-scale optical, plasmonics, and electrochemical sensing hardware systems. Te-Wei served as a Research Assistant at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where they designed and fabricated advanced sensing devices. Te-Wei also worked as a Process Engineer and is currently a Group Lead at Intel Corporation. They hold a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master’s in Engineering Science and Ocean Engineering from National Taiwan University.
