Ted Mahar

Ted Mahar possesses extensive experience in cybersecurity, currently serving as Global Cyber Response Manager at Intel Corporation since April 2016. Prior roles at Intel include Cyber Threat Response Manager and Advanced Persistent Threat Manager. Before joining Intel, Ted Mahar held several positions at the U.S. House of Representatives from March 2007 to April 2016, including Director of Information Security and Security Operations Manager. Earlier career highlights include tenure as Senior Security Engineer at ManTech Inc. and Security Engineer at Marsh Inc., alongside a foundational education in Sound Recording Technology from DePaul University, where a Bachelor of Science degree was earned between 1995 and 1999.
