Vijay Kesavan is a seasoned engineering manager with extensive experience in advanced technology and innovation. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Intel Corporation since January 2017, Vijay leads the development of next-generation features for multi-AP self-organizing networks in home WiFi infrastructure, utilizing AI for adaptive, traffic-aware solutions. Prior to this role, Vijay held multiple leadership positions within the Open Connectivity Foundation, including chairing various task groups focused on business development, open source discovery, and security. With a background in Internet of Things (IoT) innovation and research, Vijay has significantly contributed to smart home and industrial IoT projects at Intel and has a solid foundation in wireless technology development from earlier roles at Intel Labs. Vijay holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University.
