Yinjie Ding

Yinjie Ding is a TD CMOS Area Manager at Intel Semiconductor, bringing extensive experience as a Device Engineer in the semiconductor industry. They have worked at GLOBALFOUNDRIES since 2017, specializing in 14nm Device design, and have held a significant role in TD CMOS/NVM Device Design. Previously, they were a Research Engineer and Ph.D. candidate at the National University of Singapore, where they focused on strain engineering for advanced silicon-based transistors. Yinjie holds a PhD in Microelectronics and Semiconductor from the same institution, further enhancing their strong engineering expertise.
