James Parks

James Parks has a diverse work experience in various industries. James started their career in 2011 as an Analyst at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where they worked until 2015. After that, they joined Allstate as a Senior Project Consultant and later became a Senior Data Analytics Consultant. In 2017, James joined AgileThought as a Data Scientist and eventually became the Director of Data Science. James worked there until 2020. During their time at AgileThought, they also served as the Chief Data Scientist at CoLabs and IntelAgree in 2021. In 2020, they briefly worked at Black Knight as an AI Product Manager. James also has experience in academia, having worked as a Mentor for Florida Data Science For Social Good and an Adjunct Faculty for Machine Learning at the University of North Florida from 2018 to 2020.

James Parks has a strong educational background in both computer science and business. James obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Florida in 2011. In 2012, they went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the University of Florida, which they completed in 2013.

To further their expertise in the field of computer science, James pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Computer Science from the University of West Florida. James attended this program from 2015 to 2016.

In 2018, James Parks decided to enhance their knowledge in the field of Machine Learning and AI and enrolled in a Certificate program at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), which they completed in 2019.

Additionally, beyond their formal education, James has obtained several certifications to augment their skills. This includes obtaining the Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate, AWS Certified Machine Learning - Specialty, and Microsoft Certified: Trainer (MCT) certifications. These certifications were achieved in 2019 from respective institutions such as Microsoft and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
