Richard Eliason

Richard Eliason, CBET, is a results-driven Healthcare Technology Management professional with over thirty years of experience in clinical engineering. They currently serve as the Senior Director of Quality & Compliance at Intelas, a role they have held since 2011. Richard previously held several positions, including Director of Compliance and Regional Operations Manager at Crothall Healthcare. They earned an AASc Degree in Biomedical Equipment Technology from Alamance Community College and a BBA with a concentration in Management from American InterContinental University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Richard is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation (AAMI) and the North Carolina Biomedical Association (NCBA), and has served in leadership roles within the International Certification Commission.
