Jordane Bourassa

Jordane Bourassa, CRHA, is currently a Human Resources Business Partner at Intelcom | Dragonfly, where they contribute to HR strategy development and support managers in resolving complex HR issues. Previously, they served as the Human Resources Director at COEX, overseeing recruitment and workforce planning while aligning HR strategies with business goals. Jordane began their career as a Research Assistant at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières and has held roles such as HR Manager at BONE Structure and Customer Service Coordinator. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
