Karol Laurent is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development, coaching, and project management. Currently serving as a Talent Development Advisor at Intelcom, Karol specializes in Workday Learning implementation and onboarding experience design, while also facilitating leadership coaching and managing performance reviews. As the Founder of Inner Lab, Karol provides emotional intelligence coaching using Neuro-Linguistic Programming methods to enhance personal and professional fulfillment. Karol is also a shareholder in Time for the Planet, which aims to create companies focused on combating global warming. Previous roles include Innovation & B2B Program Manager at GLOBE Series, where Karol organized events promoting cleantech innovation, and Project Manager for the Quartier de l'innovation de Montréal, developing programs for startups.
