Trish McConkey, CAE, CSPO, CX-PRO, is the Director of Customer Success at Inteleos, a position held since 2016. Having begun their career with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography in 1999, Trish transitioned to Inteleos when it was established as a new organization. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Maryland Global Campus.
