Christopher Frederick has accumulated extensive experience in technical support and customer service roles. Currently employed at IntelePeer since 2015, Christopher has progressed through positions as NOC Tier 1 Support, NOC Tier 2 Support, and Tier 1 NOC Engineer. Prior to IntelePeer, Christopher worked at Kroger from May 2009 to November 2014 as a Night Crew member and completed an internship at ProTech Computer Systems, Inc. during 2013. Additionally, experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at Dish Network in 2008. Christopher holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Arapahoe Community College, with previous education at Colorado State University and J.K. Mullen High School.
