Derek Boudreau

Derek Boudreau has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 1993, they worked as a Consulting Support Center Intern at Early, Cloud & Company, Inc. In 1995, they became a Consultant at Early, Cloud & Company, Inc., where they designed and implemented contact center and CRM applications for Fortune 500 clients. Derek then joined IBM Global Services in 1996 as a Senior IT Specialist. From 1999 to 2000, they worked as a Senior Associate at Cambridge Technology Partners, and from 2000 to 2001, they served as a Senior Consultant at Quintus.

In 2001, Derek Boudreau joined Avaya as a Program Director, managing custom software and applications in the Professional Services department. In 2002, they became a Professional Services Offer Manager at Avaya, responsible for overseeing custom software and application projects until 2010.

In 2010, Derek Boudreau transitioned to Maple Hurst Builders, working as a Real Estate Development Manager. Derek managed various aspects of redevelopment projects, from concept and design to construction and sales. Derek also handled the hiring and management of vendors and subcontractors, navigated through permitting and licensing processes, and took the lead in developing project management and financial tracking tools. Derek left Maple Hurst Builders in 2013.

From 2015 to 2023, Derek Boudreau worked at NICE Nexidia, a customer interaction and journey analytics solutions provider. Initially, they held the role of Senior Product Manager, focused on integrating text analytics into the core Nexidia technology. Derek then transitioned to Manager of Product Management, leading a team in the planning and development of next-generation interaction and customer journey analytics solutions, as well as managing the Data Exchange Framework.

Most recently, in 2023, Derek Boudreau joined IntelePeer as a Senior Director of AI Product Management.

Derek Boudreau earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Bryant University from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended Northeastern University in 1991 and did not obtain a degree. In terms of additional certifications, Derek Boudreau became a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance in June 2015. Derek also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, but the institution and completion date are unknown.
