Ed Feitz has extensive work experience in various roles in the engineering and sales fields. Ed began their career as an Installation Tech at PacTel in 1982 and worked there until 1993. Ed then joined NextiraOne as a Sales Engineer from 1993 to 1999. Following that, they worked at Black Box Network Services from 1999 to 2018. At Black Box Network Services, they held several roles including Sales Engineer IV, Engineering Manager, Sr. Engineering Manager, and Sr. Director UC&C_Sales Engineering. In these roles, they provided leadership, mentoring, and strategic vision, developed standardized processes and deliverables, and managed sales engineering support. In 2018, they joined IntelePeer as the Sr. Director of Solution Engineering, where they simplify communication automation for businesses and contact centers.
Ed Feitz studied Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services at Saddleback College. Ed has also obtained certifications in Foundations of The Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0) from LinkedIn and Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from GoLeanSixSigma.com.
