Gary brings more than two decades of IT and Information Security experience as Chief Information Security Officer for IntelePeer. Responsible for formulating procedures and policies for IntelePeer’s information security program, Gary relies on his vast technical knowledge to identify, analyze and communicate cyber risks to the executive leadership team. With a reputation for providing highly functional solutions at any scale, Gary implements robust cyber protections that align IntelePeer’s business objectives and multifaceted compliance protocols with security initiatives to anticipate, assess and actively manage against emerging threats.

Previously, Gary served as Vice President of IT and Security for IntelePeer, delivering concentrated guidance on compliance and operational aspects of the company’s security programs. Prior to IntelePeer, he was Chief Information Security Officer and Assistant Vice Chancellor of IT Infrastructure at the University of Denver, Colorado. He also served in the US Airforce as Avionics Communications Systems Specialist and Telecommunications Specialist, Tech Control for NORAD. Gary earned a Bachelor of Science in Electric Engineering Technology from Colorado Technical University and a Master of Science in Information Systems Management from Capella University.
