Russ Ikonen

Russ Ikonen is currently working as a Tier 1 Manager at IntelePeer since July 2020. Prior to that, Russ gained extensive experience at Verizon (formerly XO Communications) as a Sr. Technician (Engr IV) from February 2008 to May 2021. Russ also held the position of Lead/Manager at XO Communications from September 1999 to May 2021. Russ holds an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Personnel & Labor Relations from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
