Thomas Conway

Thomas offers invaluable experience, insight and leadership to the IntelePeer executive team, with expertise spanning public company finance profiles, capital raises, foreign operations and mergers and acquisitions.

After launching his career at KPMG LLP, providing audit and consulting services and leading multiple technology client IPO and engagements, Thomas joined JDS Uniphase as Director of Finance. Subsequently, he was named CFO of Amber Road, Inc. (NYSE:AMBR), a Software as a Service (SaaS) revenue company providing solutions in global trade management, where he built out the company’s finance, administration and human resource functions. Thomas continued as CFO through Amber Road’s 2014 IPO and to the ultimate sale of the company to E2Open in 2019. Most recently, Thomas was CFO of Conductor Founders, Inc., a SaaS provider of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) solutions. He is a graduate of The College of New Jersey, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
