Tom McMahon

Tom McMahon is a Senior AI Solution Engineer at IntelePeer, specializing in automating communications through Conversational and Generative AI. With previous roles as a Solutions Consultant at both Interactions LLC and SuccessKPI, Tom has contributed to innovative projects that enhance customer experience using AI and analytics. Prior to these positions, Tom served as an APS Senior Consultant and Self Service Solution Architect at Avaya, where they designed custom IVR solutions and mentored peers. Tom began their career as an Application Developer at companies including Nortel and ADP, focusing on IVR self-service applications. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at Rowan University.
