Alex O'Dell

Team Lead, Customer Success at Intelex Technologies

Alex O'Dell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alex began their career at Aqua Mist Irrigation as a Field Manager from 2001 to 2004. Alex then worked at ADSO Communications Inc as a Field Supervisor from 2005 to 2009. Alex served as the IEEE Student Chapter President at Concordia University from 2008 to 2009. Alex also worked as a Substitute Teacher at Beurling Academy from 2008 to 2010.

In 2010, Alex joined CONTAX as a Business Consultant and Pre-Sales specialist until 2011. Alex then worked at Entertech Systems as a Sales Representative from 2011 to 2013, focusing on business development and account management.

From 2013 onwards, Alex joined Intelex Technologies ULC, where they progressed from an Account Manager (2013-2017) to a Customer Success Manager (2017-2020), and then a Senior Customer Success Manager (2020-2021). Currently, they hold the position of Team Lead, Customer Success at Intelex Technologies ULC.

Alex O'Dell obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering from Concordia University, from 2004 to 2009. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2002, Alex attended John Abbott College, where they pursued Natural Sciences.
