Beth Reid is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Intelex Technologies ULC since November 2022, Beth previously held the positions of Team Lead for Onboarding & Implementation and Customer Success Manager at Tugboat Logic by OneTrust from August 2021 to November 2022. Prior to that, Beth worked as a Customer Success Manager and Campaign Manager at IZEA from April 2017 to August 2021, and as a Marketing Manager for Social Media and Account Manager at Entertainment One from September 2013 to April 2017. Additional experience includes roles at Maple Pictures, Nelson Education, McGraw-Hill Ryerson, and RE/Max Ability Real Estate Ltd. A graduate of Copenhagen Business School with a Bachelor of International Business, Beth also studied Book and Magazine Publishing at Centennial College.
