Ernest Hass

Ernest Hass, PMP has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over a decade. Ernest began their career in 2008 as a QA Lead at Symcor and later worked as a QA Analyst at various companies such as Alpha Group, Postmedia Network Inc., and The Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company. In 2011, they joined QA Consultants as a QA Project Manager and also served as a QA Lead at Symcor.

In 2013, Ernest founded Responsible Carnivore and served as the Founder and President until 2016. Ernest also worked as a Deployment Manager at Capco during the same year. Later, they joined Congress for New Urbanism Ontario as a Social Media Director in 2011, where they stayed until 2013.

From 2014 onwards, Ernest worked at Intelex Technologies, starting as a Project Manager for software implementations of the Intelex ERP Software as a Service platform. Ernest managed teams and budgets for Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries. In 2016, they transitioned to a Senior Project Manager role at Intelex, before further progressing to Senior Manager and Director positions in Partner Success and Strategic Alliances. Ernest developed collaborative business plans with partners, devised cross-sell/upsell methodologies, and led teams to support partner needs.

Throughout their career, Ernest has demonstrated strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate with various teams within organizations.

Ernest Hass, PMP obtained a B.Math degree in Math and Business - Systems Management Package - Honours Co-op from the University of Waterloo, where they studied from 2000 to 2005. Ernest also holds additional certifications such as Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, Project Management Professional from Project Management Institute, and Canadian Securities Course. Ernest is also a Certified Associate in Project Management from Project Management Institute.
