Robert Hill

Robert Hill has a strong background in product management and leadership. Robert is currently working as the Senior Director of Product Management at Intelex Technologies ULC since November 2022. Prior to that, they held several roles at Electronic Arts (EA) from 2014 to 2022, including Director of Product Management and Senior Manager of Product Management. During their time at EA, they developed product roadmaps, collaborated with stakeholders, and prioritized initiatives. Before joining EA, Robert worked at Tk20 Inc. from 2010 to 2014, where they served as the Manager of Testing and Product Implementation Manager. At Tk20 Inc., they improved testing infrastructure, implemented Agile methodology, and guided strategic product implementations. Robert also has experience as a Graduate Teaching and Research Assistant at Texas State University from 2008 to 2010, where they conducted research, contributed to syllabi development, and served on conference committees.

Robert Hill holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Mass Communication from Texas State University. Robert also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Relations from the same institution. In addition, they possess several certifications, including Product Strategy from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC) from Scrum Alliance, and Business Continuity Certification - CBCI from Business Continuity Institute (BCI).
