Patrick D. Salas

Patrick D. Salas currently serves as Vice President Operations at Inteli-Care LLC, a member of the 24-Hour Home Care portfolio under TEAM Public Choices, since May 2024. Prior to this role, Patrick held the position of Executive Director - Administrator at Addus HomeCare, where leadership was provided to New Mexico's leading hospice provider from February 2020 to May 2024. Patrick's experience also includes serving as Nursing Director for the Intermediate Care Unit at Lovelace Health System and Surgical Services Clinical Manager at CHRISTUS St. Vincent. Patrick has a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Master's in Clinical Administration and Management from Aspen University, along with an Associate of Science in Registered Nursing from Excelsior University. Notable achievements include utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology to enhance patient satisfaction scores and overseeing dynamic, patient-centric healthcare teams.
