Eric Borges

Eric Borges has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Eric started their career as an Analyst of Atendimento/Support at TMS Call Center in August 2000. From there, they moved on to VLInfo/Tess S/A, where they worked as an Analyst of Systems, analyzing and developing applications for the mobile internet portal. Next, they joined Oi S.A as an Analyst of Systems, where they were involved in error analysis and treatment in Vitria Businessware, as well as the development of tools in Java for identifying and handling inconsistencies.

Afterwards, Eric joined Accenture/Oi S.A as an Analyst of Systems/Java Developer, focusing on the development and evolutionary maintenance of the BLL application. Subsequently, they worked at Softtek (later Sonda IT) / Petrobras as an Analyst of Systems/Java Developer, specializing in the development and evolutionary maintenance of the ProAni portal.

In 2016, Eric joined IBM as an IT Architect/Java Developer. In this role, they were responsible for solution design, coding, implementation, and maintenance of various Java applications for Oi, including network monitoring, prepaid provisioning, and Fibra product provisioning. Eric was also involved in web application development for generating operation reports and indicators using frameworks such as Dropwizard, Google Guice, and Angular 6. Additionally, they developed a cloud-based application for generating management reports using frameworks like Spring Boot and Angular 6.

Eric's most recent work experience is at Intelie, where they work as a Software Developer, starting in January 2021.

Eric Borges attended the Universidade Estadual de Campinas from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Computer Engineering.
