Joyce Ferreira

Joyce Ferreira has a diverse work experience in the field of data analysis and project coordination. Joyce started their career as a Volunteer Teaching Assistant at Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in 2010. Then, they worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the same university from December 2010 to January 2012.

In 2012, Joyce completed an internship at Laboratório de Validação de Sistemas, where they were involved in the installation and configuration of the PIMS system.

Following that, they worked at CERN as a Trainee from March 2013 to July 2013. In this role, they developed a platform for cryogenic gases management and made important contributions such as simplifying operation, implementing automatic alerts, and conducting predictive analyses.

Joyce then joined Fundação Christiano Ottoni - UFMG as a System Analyst from February 2014 to February 2016. Joyce was responsible for the development of an Asset Management System related to the Barreiro Thermoelectric, using multivariate statistical techniques for modeling and fault detection.
