Luana Moura has a strong background in customer support and incident management, with experience working at INTELIE by Viasat and Petrolink. At Petrolink, Luana held various roles such as Commercial Customer Service Representative, Quality Management Representative, and System Analyst. Luana also worked as a Data Operator at Petrolink prior to that. Currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Executive MBA with a focus on Consumer Experience Management at ESPM and holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro.
