Nir Madar, MBA, CVA

Nir Madar, MBA, CVA has extensive experience in the financial and human resource aspects of multi-national companies. In 2021, they began working as CFO for Intelitek. From 2015 to 2021, they served as CFO for SX Industries, Inc., where they managed all financial and human resource aspects of the $40 million manufacturing company. Nir also oversaw and acted as controller for 16 related entities in the USA, Hong Kong, Peoples Republic of China, Honduras, India, The Philippines and The Netherlands. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Head of Global Operations at Total Compliance, Inc., where they managed and maintained client accounts, including reporting, establishing accounting and operating systems, advisory, international accounts and entities reporting. Nir also served as CFO for numerous small companies while creating accounting systems and procedures, and provided valuation services for estate, gifting, purchase, M&A and other requests.

Nir Madar obtained a BA in Economics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1997. Nir then attended Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business from 1995 to 1997. In 2010, they obtained a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credential from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). Nir also holds an MBA.
