Yakov Kahlon has been in the business world for over 15 years. In 2022, they founded YKConsulting, where they currently serve as Founder and CEO. Prior to this, they were Business Development Manager at Intelitek (2021), Board Member at Ludan Group (2021), Deputy CEO at Augwind Energy (2020), and held various positions at ICL Group from 2005-2020, including EVP of the Phosphate Commodity Business Unit, ROTEM ANFERT NEGEV General Manager, and VP of Operation Bromine Compound.

Yakov Kahlon earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 1995 and a Master of Science in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the same university in 1997.
