William O'Connor is the Co-Founder and CEO of Patriot American Solutions, an electronic manufacturing services company established in 2014. Prior to this role, they held prominent positions, including Senior Corp VP and President of various groups at Scientific Atlanta from 1987 to 1992, and Chairman and CEO of GTech from 1994 to 2000. O'Connor co-founded BCR Environmental LLC in 2004 and served as CEO at Ascom Timeplex from 1992 to 1994. They have also been a member of the Board of Directors for Intelitrac since 2006. O'Connor earned a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1967.
