Mohnish Mohanty

Mohnish Mohanty is the founder and CEO of Intelizen, a company that helps businesses stay true to their word with contract automation. They previously served as Head of Product at Carta, responsible for B2B Captable Company Management from 2021 to 2023, and also held the Head of Product – Consumer Experience role at Carta. They held multiple product leadership and advisory roles, including Director of Product Management at Extend (2019–2021), Senior Manager, Product Management at DocuSign (2016–2019), and earlier positions at Accenture (Senior Analyst/Consultant, 2013–2014) and BD (Leadership Program Associate, 2011–2013). They were a Fellow at Menlo Ventures (2023–2024) and a Founder in Residence at Antler (2023), and they are pursuing a B.S. in Electrical Engineering at Purdue University.
