Sameer Gaud

Sameer Gaud is the Associate Director of Investment Banking at Intellecap, where they head the Healthcare and Consumer sectors and lead overall strategy development for PE fundraising and M&A. Previously, Sameer served as an Associate Director at KPMG India, focusing on transactions in the Infrastructure sector, and held positions at Edelweiss Financial Services and Meghraj SP Corporate Finance, where they executed M&A, capital market, and private equity transactions. Sameer began their career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and gained foundational experience through an internship at PricewaterhouseCoopers. They are currently pursuing a BCom in Finance and Accountancy from the University of Mumbai.
