Epic Healthcare Consultant at Intellect Resources

Kate Zinger has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and technology industries. Kate started their career as an Intern/ MIS at the Human Resources Administration, City of New York in 2010. Kate then worked at The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) as a Project Coordinator in QA Engineering from June 2010 to September 2018 and later as a Process Management-Test Engineering from October 2018 to August 2019.

In 2021, Kate joined Optimum Healthcare IT as an Epic Consultant (Credential Trainer). Kate successfully completed two Go-life implementations with Montefiore White Plains and St. Luke's Hospitals. Kate worked closely with Epic analysts and Instructional Designers to identify and support new workflows. Kate also managed training materials and troubleshooted technical issues related to the Epic platform. Kate actively collaborated with nurses from various hospital departments and facilitated conflict resolution when necessary.

Currently, Kate is working at Intellect Resources® as an Epic Healthcare Consultant. Their responsibilities include providing end-user support and troubleshooting, following documentation and protocol directives, and achieving all metrics and goals related to the Epic application.

Kate Zinger completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Queens College from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Pharmacy from Pharmacy School in the Russian Federation, although the specific dates are unknown. In addition to their formal education, Kate Zinger holds certifications such as Scrum Master Certified (SMC) and Scrum Fundamentals Certified Credential, which they obtained in August 2019 and February 2017, respectively.
