Richard Milnes currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at Intellect since November 2025. Prior to this role, Richard was the CEO and Co-Founder of Zaptic from January 2015 to November 2025, overseeing the development of a connected worker platform that facilitates job instruction and collaboration for frontline teams. Before Zaptic, Richard held the position of CEO at Juliand Digital from July 2012 to January 2015, where a digital agency was developed, and in earlier years, founded Juliand Web Designs in January 2009, serving as both the Founder and CEO. Richard Milnes holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Lancaster University, completed in 2014, and attended Wirral Grammar School for Boys and Neston High School prior to higher education.
