Sean Wetherell has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Sean began their career in 2005 as the Head Sound Engineer at Sound Post Studios, where they managed audio production and resolved IT-related issues. In 2010, they joined McKinney as a Connection Planning Intern before returning to Sound Post Studios as Communications Manager, overseeing projects such as international translations and implementing new client communication techniques.
In 2012, Wetherell joined the Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC) as a Multimedia & Web Content Developer before being promoted to Project Lead in 2015. At ACHC, they focused on web development and project management.
In 2016, Wetherell joined Measurement Incorporated as a Technical Project Manager and later transitioned to the role of Senior Business Analyst, where they contributed to the company's business strategy.
In 2017, Wetherell joined RegEd as a Product Manager and was later promoted to Vice President of Product Management in 2019. During this time, they were responsible for managing product development and strategy.
Currently, Wetherell is the Chief Product Officer at Intellect, where they lead the company's product initiatives.
Sean Wetherell's education history begins in 2008 when they attended Grand Valley State University. Sean completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Marketing in 2010. Sean then pursued further education at the University of North Carolina Wilmington from 2011 to 2012, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Marketing.
In 2012, Sean also attended the University of Valencia for a brief period to pursue another Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing.
Apart from their formal education, Sean has obtained various certifications. In 2015, they became a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. In 2017, they obtained the Pragmatic Marketing Certified certification from Pragmatic Marketing and also completed the CompTIA Cloud Essentials certification from CompTIA.
More recently, in 2022, Sean acquired the Section4 Brand Strategy Sprint certification from Section4. Additionally, they have achieved the Build a Battle Station App Badge from Salesforce Trailhead, although the exact month and year of this certification were not provided.
