Allan "Al" Chong

Allan "Al" Chong has a diverse work experience in business development and program management. In 2019, they worked as a Program Manager at IntellecTechs, where they managed the development and implementation of the Digital Signage - Visual X program. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2019, they served as a Vice President of Business Development (Contract Consultant) at HyQuest Consulting Solutions, LLC, where they focused on generating demand and winning professional services business in the Federal Civilian agencies and DoD markets.
