Toya H.

Toya H. has a diverse work experience in instructional systems design and project management. Toya started their career as an Instructional Systems Designer at Planning and Learning Technologies in 2009. Toya then joined ECPI University in 2011, where they served as a Project Manager and Instructional Designer for seven years. In 2018, they joined Intelligent Decision Systems, Inc. (IDSI) as a Senior Instructional Systems Designer, where they were responsible for writing and developing webinars for U.S. Army Information Systems Security Officers. Toya continued their career at ATR in 2020, working as a Senior Instructional Systems Designer until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Program Manager at IntellecTechs, starting in September 2022.

Toya H. pursued their Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Lesley University from 2007 to 2009. Toya acquired their National Secret Security Clearance certification from the United States Department of Defense in July 2021.
