Mikhail Kotlov has a wealth of experience in the investment banking industry. Mikhail began their career in 2007 as an Investment Banking Analyst at Societe Generale Corporate and Investment Banking - SGCIB, where they were responsible for analysis of industries and companies, identification of potential targets and bidders, preparation of various presentation materials, and valuation. Mikhail worked on the sale of the largest chain of grain storage facilities in the Russia & Kazakhstan, as well as extensive buy-side marketing efforts in the Russian timber industry. In 2009, they moved to VTB Capital, the leading Russian investment bank, as an Investment Banking Associate. In 2013, they founded and became CEO of Camopulse. In 2015, they became President of the Moscow Economic School - Alumni Association. Finally, in 2016, they founded and became CEO of IntellectoKids, one of the largest developers of educational mobile apps for kids ages 3-7.
Mikhail Kotlov obtained a High School diploma from Moscow Economic School in 2004. Mikhail then went on to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance from the Higher School of Economics and the University of London, which they completed in 2008. After this, they earned a Master's Degree in Corporate Finance from the Higher School of Economics in 2010.
