Mutebi Brian is a seasoned software engineer with over 12 years of commercial experience, currently serving as a Senior Android Developer at Intellectsoft and the Lead Organiser for droidcon Uganda. They co-founded Powellpay LTD, demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Brian possesses deep technical knowledge in mobile application development, particularly in Java and Kotlin, and has expertise in Android SDK, architecture patterns, and client-server systems. Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Science and Technology from Saint Petersburg State University and a Master's in Innovation Activity Management from East Ukrainian Volodymyr Dahl National University.
