Bob Freking

Bob Freking has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Bob currently holds the position of Director of Client Engagement at Intellex Talent, where they facilitate innovative programs and improves productivity for consumer packaged goods (CPG) and food industry clients. Prior to this, Bob founded RWF Connect, a recruiting agency connecting employers and top talent in Cincinnati and the Tri-State area. Bob also worked as an Account Executive and Account Delivery Manager at YourEncore, specializing in strategic growth accounts and managing the Procter and Gamble account. Bob's expertise in account management extends to their role as an Account Manager at ProLink Resources, where they focused on architecture and engineering fields. Bob also gained experience in Baseball Operations with the Cincinnati Reds and served as the Director of Operations-Sports Division at mgmt-one, overseeing NFL and MLB clients and recruitment efforts. Throughout their career, Bob has demonstrated strong leadership, business development, and client engagement skills.

Bob Freking earned a Bachelor's Degree/Minor in Sport Management/Business from Xavier University in 2010. Bob then pursued a Master's Degree in Sports Administration at Xavier University from 2012 to 2013. Prior to their college education, Bob Freking attended St. Xavier High School from 2003 to 2006.
