Richard Leeper, currently working at Intellex as the Director of Project Delivery, has a strong background in financial management and project accounting. With experience in companies like YourEncore, The Schneider Corporation, and HNTB Corporation, Richard has successfully managed high-revenue consumer accounts and critical infrastructure projects. Their time in the US Navy as a Quartermaster has equipped him with skills in navigation, record-keeping, and seamanship. Richard holds a degree in Professional Accounting from Harrison College.
