Intelli Global Corporation is a technology company jointly founded by Mr. Allen Yeung, former CIO of the Hong Kong government, and Mr. Herbert Chia, former Chairman of Alibaba Data Committee. Mr. Du Ping (former Director of the National Development and Reform Commission/Executive Deputy Director of the National Information Center and Director of the Smart City Research Center) serves as a consultant.

We hope to use the rich governance and practical experience of expert teams in top-level design and urban management of smart cities, supplemented by digital smart city management tools/platforms, to help city managers around the world to achieve new smart city management models.

IGC's main business covers smart buildings, smart cultural tourism, and smart demography, and has established joint laboratories with the National Information Center, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Tianjin University of Finance and Economics, and Beijing Institute of Technology to jointly research the innovative development of future cities.
