Jay Uphouse

Jay Uphouse is a seasoned technology consultant with extensive experience in supporting the Federal Government, particularly within the Intelligence Community. As a Senior Consultant at IntelliBridge since January 2020, Uphouse applies a wealth of knowledge in program and project management, systems engineering, and intelligence operations. Prior to this role, Uphouse founded Intelliware Systems, providing high-level consulting services from January 2005 to January 2020. Experience also includes serving as IT Sector Chief at InfraGard National Capital Region Members Alliance, Program Director at Gray Hawk, Inc., Principal at Concurrent Technologies Corporation, and Site Manager at Lockheed Martin. Uphouse holds a Master's degree in Cyber Security and an MS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Penn State University.
