Matt Dickson

Matt Dickson has over nineteen years of experience in talent acquisition, working in both agency and corporate environments. Currently serving as a Talent Operations Advisor for MTD LLC, Matt focuses on resolving Talent Operations challenges for clients. Concurrently, as a Talent Acquisition Consultant for IntelliBridge, Matt supports contract-based talent acquisition efforts. Formerly, Matt held various leadership roles at U.Group, where responsibilities included building an internal talent acquisition function. Prior to that, Matt served as a Recruiting Operations Lead at Accenture, managing recruitment sourcing teams and transitioning major healthcare accounts. Additional experience includes roles at Aerotek, where Matt excelled in full life cycle sales and team development. Matt is also a Board Member and Treasurer at LagMaster Sports, Inc., contributing to a golf training aid design firm. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Miami University.
