Elliot Michael has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Elliot started their career as an IT Intern at Charles County Government in 2007, where they provided hardware and software support and performed routine software updates and installations. Elliot then joined Charles County Board of Education as an IT Intern, troubleshooting and repairing network and workstation hardware, and leading a team of interns in optimizing infrastructure and organization schemes.

In 2013, Elliot worked as an IT Intern at Specialty Consulting Services, providing technical support for clients and configuring VPN hardware. Elliot then joined The Cornerstone Professional Group as a Help Desk Support Specialist in 2014, where they provided on-call technical support for users working in various fields and environments. Elliot monitored hardware, automated system processes, and led the implementation of a Managed Service Provider Tool.

From 2014 to 2022, Elliot worked at Zystems/go as a Help Desk Engineer, where they performed network management tasks, interpreted database tables, and wrote MySQL scripts for reporting data. Elliot also provided on-call technical support to dental and oral surgery professionals and used advanced routers like Dell SonicWALL for network tasks.

Most recently, Elliot has been working at IntelliComp Technologies as a Help Desk Engineer since 2020.

Elliot Michael began their education at LaPlata High School, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Towson University from 2008 to 2014.
