Jonathan Horn, Ph.D., currently serves as Technical Director for the US Government since February 2024. Previously, Jonathan held the position of Systems Verification and Validation Lead at RTX from September 2023 to February 2024 and worked as Systems Test Team Lead and Senior GNC Systems Engineer at Axiom Space from March 2022 to September 2023. Jonathan's earlier roles include Project Engineer at Jacobs (July 2021 - February 2022) and Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Dallas (January 2017 - 2020). Prior experience also includes the role of Systems Engineer II at Raytheon (February 2016 - January 2017) and Graduate Research Assistant, Graduate Teaching Assistant, and Student Researcher at Texas A&M University (2009 - 2015). Jonathan earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Dallas (2017 - 2020), a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University (2013 - 2015), and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University (2009 - 2013).
