Lesley Sotolongo

Lesley Sotolongo, Esq. is a dynamic legal counsel specializing in employment and labor law, with over a decade of experience negotiating complex agreements and litigating high-stakes matters. They currently serve as Assistant Chief Counsel for the U.S. Government, focusing on employment law, while also having held positions at the U.S. Department of Justice and various private law firms. Lesley is adept at legal strategy development and regulatory compliance, and has recently expanded their practice to include artificial intelligence applications in the legal field, having completed Harvard's CS50's Computer Science for Lawyers course. They have also contributed to the Hispanic National Bar Association’s initiatives as a liaison with the American Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division.
